THE MANE MUSHROOM SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Monday- Friday: Business hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm eastern.
Saturday- Sunday: The Mane Mushroom is closed, and shipments will leave the facility in the order that they were received.

Once a package has been processed, you will not be able to track it until the first scan by the carrier. Please wait 24 hours before contacting Customer Service about a package’s tracking number being unidentified. Customer Service can be reached at 1-864-978-5466.
If your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Prior to shipment, cancellations may be feasible, depending on the progress of fulfillment. If you need to cancel an order, contact us at 864-978-5466 immediately.
USPS re-uses tracking numbers and many take 24 hours to change over to the new shipment. USPS does not guarantee delivery times on First Class Mail or Priority Mail shipments. USPS Priority Mail Express guarantees delivery 2 working days from the ship date. At check-out, customers are presented with an estimated transit time. The Mane Mushroom is not responsible for specific delivery dates and holds no responsibility once the package has left our facility. We cannot intercept any package being shipped through USPS. It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information, the customer must pay for re-shipment. No refunds will be issued for incorrect shipping information. If a package has not been delivered or is delivered to the wrong address it is the consumer’s responsibility to contact USPS.

All shipments being sent through UPS are insured and tracked. UPS guarantees delivery on all their services aside from UPS Ground and 3-Day Select. We cannot intercept any package being shipped through UPS. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information the customer must pay for re-shipment. If a package has not been delivered or is delivered to the wrong address, it is the consumer’s responsibility to contact UPS.

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we highly recommend selecting an expedited shipping option when placing an international order. Please proceed with caution! No refunds will be issued for orders refused by Customs.
The Mane Mushroom is not responsible for Customs fees. It is the consumer’s responsibility to research Customs fees for their country, and to pay any necessary fees that result from your shipment. Any package returned due to refusal will not be refunded.
It is the customer’s responsibility to know your local and country’s laws regarding the importation of the products being ordered. If a package is seized by Customs or returned to us due to the receiving country’s rejection, no refund will be issued. The Mane Mushroom holds no responsibility for international orders once they leave our facility.
We do not guarantee any international delivery time frames. The Mane Mushroom will not refund shipping costs of any kind due to delivery time.
The Mane Mushroom cannot intercept any international delivery. Once the package has left our facility, it will be shipped to the address given to us and no refund can be issued. It is the consumer’s responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address at time of order.
