When boiled with salt, the broth can be likened to a mild chicken broth. Enoki texture and mouthfeel are truly a unique experience. Their long slender stems are reminiscent of noodles but with a satisfying crunch. Golden Enoki mushroom can be stored in the main compartment of your refrigerator, in paper wrapping, or paper bag. This prevents excess moisture from being absorbed by your enoki. Make sure your mushrooms are loosely wrapped, allowing for airflow. Our fresh, Golden Enoki mushrooms can be stored for roughly 5-7 days under these recommendations. These delicious mushrooms can be enjoyed raw or cooked. Before eating or cooking, we recommend giving them a quick rinse in a colander to remove any dirt or debris, but avoid contact with water for extended periods, as this can negatively impact the flavor and texture of your Enoki.
